Step 1Filtering Brand Suppliers of materialall the material suppliers meet ISO9000,all the material pass our QC testing ,we purchase and stock a huge material to reduce the cost on slow business season- Step 2Mixing the material
Mix PVC and calcium powder(no more than 26%)and Titanium dioxide with a dozen other processing aids
- Step 3Profiles Extrusion
Profile extrusion is the process of making continuous shapes of plantation shutter parts.
- Step 4Quality inspection and pickWorkers will check carefully as Quality management standards of each profile .the profile meet the standard will be proceeded into the next processing step.
- Step 5Cleaningcleaning the surface，Wiping the surface with a cotton cloth and cleaning wipe with butyl ether to remove dirt is all about increasing the contact area and improving the adhesion of the paint.
- Step 6PaintingWe use specially customized brand water-based paint, which does not contain benzene, formaldehyde, free TDI toxic heavy metals, and water-based paint has aging resistance, yellow resistance, color retention, and good weather resistance
- Step 7Oven DryingBoth sides are dried,Baking in a 55℃ oven for 30 minutes allows the paint to evaporate quickly, ensuring the stability of the pvc shutter components and the spray paint.
- Step 8Quality InspectionTest the smoothness and glossiness of paint finish, control the color difference (△E≤0.3), thickness not less than 60μm, all the strict tests ensure only the best products leave our factory
- Step 9Plastic Film CoveringPlastic film faced on poly shutter parts will protect the surface and paint from scratching when cutting or assembling.
- Step 10Carton Packing & Labelling&Pallet
Each piece of profile is separated by pearl cotton protetive film. 7 layers corrugated cardboard avoid damages when loading and unloading. Carton size of each item is different, pretecting the components and increasing the loading capacity.

Only profiles meet the standard which is precise dimensions ,uniform color, smooth surface, no black lines and no pockmarks will be proceeded into the next processing step.The following is the quality inspection standard of the louvers
Dimensional Inspection
The width error of each product is ±0.6mm; Thickness error ±0.3mm;
The central hole of the aluminum core should be in the middle of the section, and the error up and down is ±0.25mm; The left and right error is ±0.5mm
Curvature Inspection
Do not bend sideways, do not bend up and sag, we will adjust or include unqualified products when the two blades are aligned more than 3mm
Color Inspection
control the color difference (△E≤0.3),No obvious color difference with the color card, to ensure the same order
Appearance and surface
Smooth and clean without any stray marks; No grooves (scratches); No convex and concave marks; No pitch line, no white line; No obvious color line, no needle eyes; No dirt
Section inspection
The product incision should be uniform and fine, no oblique Angle, no burr and ballasting phenomenon
Foaming check
The internal foaming should be uniform, and the bubble eye is allowed to be less than 1mm*1mm in the central position 1 ", but there can be no bubble eye in the A and B zones at both ends
